What should I do if my app says my free trial has expired but I have already paid for my subscription?

If you paid for the subscription but your Kanban Project Task Board app still says that you are on a free trial mode, check if you are using the account you entered at payment.

If this is correct, contact our support team using the feedback form. It might be useful to provide the transaction ID or the receipt documentation, the email you used at purchase and the type of subscription you purchased.
